Gorgeous property. Breakfast was outstanding. Manager offered an upgraded room which was beautiful. Already planning to return.

Nice hotel but not good view to the beach most what i see is swimming pool. It’s far from the restaurants and coffee places around 20 min walk

The hotel is only 2 years old! It is the best Novotel I have ever stayed among the brand in APAC and Europe.

Amazing view from room, lovely atmosphere and welcoming staff. Breakfast was really good (we had breakfast for 2 from the list). Spa was really nice except for the ban for throwing water to rocks in finnish sauna. Would recommend.

Lovely staff, very helpful, and great access as we traveled with a disabled traveller. The only disappointment was that the pool didn't open until 10am, when we had to leave.

We couldn’t fault our stay with mark and Gary and chez Noosa. They truly went above and beyond. The room was gorgeous, amazing bed and incredibly clean

Amazing experience. The stay was made memorable by the staff, especially Sahil Khan, Deepak and Vikas they poured their heart into making the stay special for us.

The staff was super sweet. The resort is a little on the quiet side. Needs more entertainment and exciting things to do. They tend to run out of food options very quickly. At times the Diamond Club staff wasn't so accommodating. I feel like it made sense to just get a regular room as there were no major differences in the Diamond Club package outsode of alcohol options and the swim out. The food was tasty and overall we had a great time. Joshim & Jemisha made our experience memorable.
