Booked the room with the balcony; didn’t managed to see wildlife close up near our room. Room is generally clean, do note that they do not have air conditioning. Staff were very responsive on WeChat, and responded to our needs very promptly. Also, they provide many free services like afternoon tea and photography session with costumes. For our trip, 3 photos(unedited) are free, while the others are chargeable. Breakfast was decent.
