Second time staying at the Vulcano hotel will definitely be coming back again.Staff are very friendly rooms clean and spacious food is excellent.

Great food and very nice people

Had some memorable golf days at Verdura. 2 fantastic, and challenging, golf courses in pefect condition! The atmosphere in the club house is very welcoming, the food excellent and..... the staff is incredible! Thanks to Deborah, Vinzenzo, Fabio, Rocco and to your other colleagues! We look forward to coming back.

The hotel itself was lovely - clean, stylish, and overall a really nice place to stay. Unfortunately, the customer service completely let down the experience. One staff member in particular, a tall man with a bowl cut, was extremely rude and dismissive throughout our stay, which made us feel very unwelcome. It was especially disappointing because the rest of the hotel had so much potential to make for a great visit. We were also told we would receive a complimentary birthday drink for my friend at the bar, but the bar ended up being closed for the entire stay, and no alternative was offered or acknowledged. Small gestures like this matter, especially when they are promised beforehand. It’s a shame because the hotel itself is beautiful, but the poor service and lack of follow-through left a very negative impression.

Hébergement parfait et au calme. Bon petit déjeuner Par contre nous avons été dé?u par notre d?ner au restaurant. Nous avons trouvé que les plats étaient assez fades. Le chef devrait go?ter ses plats ….
