Quiet room. Happy with the free laundry service as we stay in Beijing for 10 night, back home with all clean clothes. Hotel staffs are nice and friendly.

Good hotel with decent amenities and an excellent location, but the staff experience was extremely disappointing. We were travelling with a young child and requested a late checkout. They informed us it would be $30 to extend beyond 10 AM, so we agreed. We checked out at 11:45 AM, only to find they had charged $60, which felt unreasonable and misleading. On top of that, housekeeping knocked 3-4 times, and their behaviour was shockingly rude. One staff member even said, “You have 2 minutes, just get out in 2 minutes,” which was completely unprofessional. I’ve stayed in many hotels and have never encountered staff speaking or behaving like this. 0/5 for staff behaviour. If you care about service, I strongly recommend choosing a more reputable hotel. If you’re on a tight budget and only want to stay near Parliament and don’t mind compromising on service, then this place might work - but be prepared for poor staff interactions.

Such a cute B&B. The hosts were absolutely a pleasure and gave the best recommendations.

Great experience! The indoor pool is nice to have but it does echo and make it quite loud in there at times when kids are laughing and playing. Also, the tile around the pool is SUPER slippery, my 4 yr old went down twice from trying to walk on it too quickly. Other than that, amazing areas indoor and outdoor seating areas and tables for a small group to gather and socialize, eat together or just relax. There is a bar, as well as a modestly priced food menu with an handful of options available on site; we did this for breakfast (not included in stay) and the fresh fruit with eggs and bacon was a hit for my kiddos, not to mention the kids menu items were very reasonably priced (around $6-$8 each), good sized portions and came with a juice or milk included. The staff is great and always friendly, the rooms are clean, the evenings are quiet and the beds are nice and comfy. We have stayed here a handful of times now and have always left with a good experience. All and all with the slight short comings of the indoor pool acoustics/slippery tile around the pool, this place is great families, couples, or even individual travelers if you’re looking for a quality place to tuck in for the night or a few days!

Overall good but a bit pricey and a bit noisy( Seagulls, pigeons). Expected a sea view as described on the website but it wasn't delivered!.

Das Hotel hat unseren Erwartungen erfüllt. Tolles Team und sehr gutes Frühstück. Das Bad ist gew?hnungsbedürftig, alles nur mit Verglasung und keine separate Toilette.

I always stay at Hotel Ripoll when visiting Sant Hilari - the location is convenient and the staff are wonderful.
