Good location, 5-10minz to bukitbintang. Nice Room, plenty of space. Good for business travel.

Beautiful old rubber baron mansion. Very large rooms and nice breakfast

Pool was out of service and the internet was unstable. Staff are polite and welcoming, rooftop restaurant has a great view and food.

Outstanding breakfast in a gorgeous glasses in terrace overlooking the port. Incredibly kind and helpful staff. Parking available for a fee

Lovely location. Room well equipped and clean. Breakfast excellent as were all the staff.

The front desk woman was short & rude to us. They charged us extra for a second person’s stay & a breakfast as the booking was confusing. “Double room” isn’t for 2 people if it also says single use. Manager spoke quickly in Spanish to the employee until I asked for translation. Then she told me I owed more money. Treated me like a villain! I didn’t mind paying my fair share but I tried to make it right before arrival by telling them it said 1, vs 2 people on the booking, to no avail! Also, where to park, although a spacious, clean, well-lit garage, was a big secret as far as lication when I tried to find out where to park right before arrival. There were plenty of empty spaces.

We would however like to clarify that your reservation was made for single occupancy (“double room for single use”), and upon arrival we confirmed that the reservation would be used by two guests.As one of our receptionists is currently in training, she briefly asked her manager for assistance, in Spanish, regarding how to update the booking correctly in our system. At no point was there any intention to exclude you from the conversation, and the information was immediately explained to you in English when requested.We are also sorry if the interaction felt uncomfortable. Once you showed them the booking confirmation (as you thought you had done the reservation correctly), the type displayed in your device was “Double Room for Single Use”, meaning that the room category is double, but the rate applies to one guest only. As you told us that you didn′t know the meaning, we explained it to you right then and you even seemed grateful for the explanation.Our intention was only to assist and find the simplest solution for your stay. Rather than treating you like a villain, what was actually done was to downplay the misunderstanding by explaining that you simply needed to pay for the second breakfast therefore you don′t need to worry about the mistake because the room was the same and the only difference was the rate. Location is good and easy to sightseeing. Breakfast is okay but no rice (Im an Asian ??) Best view from the room
