Not a single detail missed. Impeccable service, excellent food, luxurious accommodations. And they exceeded expectations providing gear, lunch, and boot cleaning for the gorilla trekking. Uganda is incredible and this experience and lodge is a must.

I really enjoyed the hotel.Vey convenient place,close to the shopping Centre ,groceries and the airport Sofia.The room was fabulous very clean,spacious enough ,stylish! The staff were very polite and helpul.I am thankful for choosing the hotel and recommending to others The breakfast is delicious!

Positive: Friendly, helpful staff, very convenient location in the centre of Carlisle, parking included in the price. The room on 3rd floor was quiet on the Monday and Tuesday we stayed. Room was clean and bed comfortable.
Negative: Carpets in the hallways were filthy needed pulling up and replacing. Room depressing with no pictures or colour felt very dingy.

We stayed one night in Chartres and the hotel met our needs. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was central with an easy walk to the Cathedral and the historic center. Hotel parking was available for an extra reasonable fee.
