great breakfast and helpful staff. very nice stop!

What a fantastic gem to find in Birmingham! Beautiful lobby, delicious food, a spa and convenience. But as always, when traveling, it’s the staff that make the difference. From being greeted so nicely when I arrived to the front desk staff providing smiles and laughs, to going above and beyond to meet any requests, I found the staff to be outstanding. Would happily stay here again.

酒店回复：Thank you for the perfect rating and for choosing Grand Bohemian Hotel Mountain Brook, Autograph Collection! We are so pleased to hear that our lobby, food, spa, and team all left such a wonderful impression. Our staff takes pride in making every guest feel welcome, and knowing that came through during your stay means a great deal. We look forward to welcoming you back soon.

We had a wonderful stay! The facility was very nice; we had clean room, with a comfortable mattress, and all of the staff were terrific. We had a delicious meal at the restaurant Saturday evening. Information for folks considering a stay. Keep in mind this is not a bed and breakfast with homemade breakfast, but rather an Inn, with a full and wonderful Continental breakfast. It may be difficult for folks with bad knees; the guest rooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floor, although someone will help with luggage. Also if there's an event parking may be tight. These are certainly not breakers, this is one of the nicest Inns we've stayed at! We had such a great experience and enjoyed the sunset over the lake!

All I can say is the entire Hotel, the staff, the restaurants, breakfast, lunch, dinner, food trucks, swim-up bars, cigar lounge, Concierge, house keeping, Coffee shop, everyone in this AMAZING Resort went over and beyond EXCELLENCE in every detail in making sure that we had the Most Amazing time!!! We will definitely go back!!!??

Friendly, fast and courteous. Allowed an early check in and late check out to accommodate my early arrival flight and late departure flight. Familiar with the area for beach info.
