The room was clean and tidy. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. The staff very friendly. The hotel in quiet and peaceful place. I recommended to family or individuals.

Staff went beyond , our taxi cancelled so they dropped us into Kinsale .

房间的房顶都是蜘蛛网，感觉根好久没住人了一样，洗澡的花洒放出来的水一股??味，厕所的排污管道未包裹隔音棉，晚上睡觉吵得很，房间隔音差，早饭一塌糊涂，没吃过那么差的早饭，酒店前台老是没有人，虽然给升级了房型（那不是因为线下预订的房间给预订完了，所以给升的）第一次给酒店差评，真的无语了才会差评

I had a very pleasant stay at Radisson Blu Jammu, and I would especially like to appreciate the excellent housekeeping service. Anil from the housekeeping team did a fantastic job throughout my stay. He was very polite, attentive, and ensured that the room was always clean and well-maintained. His dedication and attention to detail really stood out and made my experience even more comfortable. It’s always great to see staff members who genuinely care about guest satisfaction. Thank you, Anil, for your outstanding service. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its cleanliness and professional staff.
