Good location near to local market. Open valley views. Newly built property gives advantage of new interior feel and amenities / facilities like miji bar ,smart tv etc however I personally faced issues with set top box and water heating. Overall wel maintained and hygienic with some issue around flies and insects in room which I faced but not a major concern. The property management can be better in dealing with customer requests for providing better client experience and be little flexible than rigid on prices and cost. I was not allowed to add breakfast at the same cost I paid with Goibibo when I had to extend one night booking directly with the hotel and hotel charged additional cost for breakfast. Overall a good choice with only feedback around staff and management to be less business minded and focus on customer delight.

Terribly limited dinner menu for vegetarians or pescatarians. Otherwise wonderful staff and good (if somewhat dated) hotel.

there is no window, you have to keep the main door open to air the room and at night you have to use aircon or suffocate. the door doesnt lock. no flynets. cheap plastic pillows and duvet. no tv channels. bad service. he offered upgrade for a really disfunctional room and then wanted to charge for the upgrade. horrible place.

Fantastic hotel, right on the waterfront with views of the docked ships!

I like the open area at the ground floor. Although we didn’t have any meals there, the place is so cozy. The room is also neat and well-equipped. There’s bed is comfy. There’s no noise even the apartment is next to the high way because there’s two glass doors. The only thing is that the air con is a bit pound. There’s an oven but with no tray so it was a bit clumsy when we wanted to bake something.

Greatest place for kids. Nice grounds. Didn’t find the shared showers. But that’s because I misunderstood the ”spa” part and didn’t read the shared facilities properly. Breakfast was a bit bare, but this was definitely off season.
