"The hotel service is terrible. They frequently fail to provide bottled water and tea bags. On top of that, the room has very poor soundproofing. The drainage in the bathroom is incredibly slow, and the toilet flushing mechanism is also very weak."

Very clean room. Pleasant staff. Nice outside space. Food a bit pricey, so didn’t eat in the restaurant. Breakfast ￡17. I had the full English which was cooked to order, so it was hot and cooked properly. Beer ￡5 a pint, so swings and roundabouts. Overall a good place to stay. Easy walk into centre of Brockenhurst past ponies and a solitary cow.

Excellent h?tel Les chambres deluxe avec une grande terrasse, spacieuses et très propres. Produits Nuxe à disposition dans la salle de bain très bien agencée. Toilette séparée. Petit déjeuner très bien achalandé avec sucré, salé. Personnel très courtois et serviable. Spa très bien et les extérieurs sont parfaitement entretenus.
