We have just enjoyed a fabulous stay at Maison Duffour. After a day of cycling to be greeted so warmly and shown to a lovely big room and bathroom was most welcoming. Our dinner was fantastic and a lovely evening was spent with the hosts sabelle and Pierre. A hearty delicious home made breakfast spread to send us on our way. Absolutely beautiful room, views, and bathroom. The bed was very comfortable, the room was quiet. The toiletries were premium. The service was impeccable. Maria was wonderful, as were the catering staff. I only wish I had more reasons to visit Newmarket so I could stay again!

H?tel à retenir pour sa facilité d'accès, son calme, l'accueil. Le personnel est souriant et très prévenant. Les chambres sont propres, les lits confortables. Une halte très aisée, très proche de l'autoroute, et dans une zone très calme. Le petit déjeuner est bien complet.
Le snack est très appréciable quand on a fait beaucoup de kilomètres et que l'on préfère manger rapidement pour aller se reposer. (Sinon, il y a une brasserie pas très loin aussi). Merci

枕芯发黄了一股汗臭味都舍不得换，床单还有不明毛发，衞生间设施老旧估计就是旧宾馆改的 。
根本休息不好，第二天早上八九点开始，隔壁房间打牌一直开着门大声吵，我们自己提醒过后无用，前台上来给隔壁説“打牌小声一点，隔壁房间要投诉了…”你都未必能相信真的能小声吧，不直接提醒不要打了，非要再给机会让他闹到11:40多也是牛而B之。11点左右走廊上又开始有大人带小孩子转来转去哭闹，其他房间的受不了了又自己出来提醒。

酒店回复：看到您这条评价，我们心里特别不是滋味。枕芯发黄有汗味、床单上还有不明毛发，这都是我们衞生把控的严重失职，让您住得这么糟心，实在对不住。衞生间设施老旧的问题，也确实影响了您的体验，我们记下了。更让我们愧疚的是，隔壁打牌吵闹，前台处理得太过软弱，没能直接制止，还让您和其他客人自己出来提醒，这太不应该了。走廊上孩子哭闹也没人及时安抚，本该是我们做好的事，却让住客比我们还忙。这些情况我们一定严肃整改，衞生标准重新严抓，员工培训也要加强。谢谢您愿意説这么多，帮我们看清问题。

露台环境很舒服，藤椅休闲惬意，全屋乾净整洁，落地窗采光视野绝佳。装修简约清新，入住安静舒心，出行度假性价比很高，下次还会再来。
