Excellent service provided by Mayur and Vinayak for the candle light dinner. The ambiance was great and rooms were super comfy.

Great night for my brother and sis inlaw's birthdays.

We loved our room at the Key Hotel! It was very clean and new! The bathroom was so spacious and we loved the huge walk in shower. The bed was comfortable and we appreciated having plenty of countertop space. Even though we were directly across from the gym, it was still quiet. They said they only had rooms available on the second floor and so our view was not good- we looked out on to a flat roof and equipment- would've loved to enjoy the Mississippi River instead (especially at the price point). Free parking which is a bonus. The front desk staff is not very attentive, but maybe they are still learning. Would definitely stay here again.

Room temperature very hard to maintain. Room was extremely dusty and bathroom in need of some maintenance (floors and walls) floor was stained Breakfast options are good and lobby is chill

My family’s stay in this hotel was fine. No complaints except the noise from outside. The hotel is close to the highway that we can hear all the vehicles passing by. It didn’t bother me much but my son had a hard time sleeping.

Our room was clean and fresh, the staff very friendly, buffet breakfast is a must see! I used the laundry and gym which was also very clean. The pool was warm and inviting as well.

Parto da una cosa il posto è bellissimo, ma: Personale troppo impostato, direi da un 5 stelle, senza che se ne capisca il motivo, che spesso è risultato distaccato e poco ospitale; Spa basica con bagno turco e saune piccoline per le persone che fanno entrare (forse sarebbe meglio fare turni da 1 ora e mezza, con ingressi contingentati); camere da letto non all'altezza, o bagni piccolini con docce triangolari o letti scomodi con cuscini inesistenti; Area fitness che sarebbe meglio chiamare sgabuzzino fitness; Acqua 6€; Colazione varia ma non all'altezza con solo un succo di frutta, spremuta a pagamento, così come i pancake. Ristorazione molto molto buona sia come qualità che come cottura. In definitiva prezzi e servizi bocciati, personale e camere da rivedere, ristorazione e location ottima. Credo che il punto sia: ci tornerei? Se le cose rimanessero così, fare 220 km e spendere 650€ per un weekend sicuramente no. Non li vale.

Breakfast was excellent. Three kinds of fresh fruit and a variety of yogurt were appreciated. And all of the meats, eggs, gravy and biscuits were prepared very well. The cinnamon rolls are always a treat. Breakfast alone is a major reason to stay. Thanks

Was very pleasantly surprised. Staff were very professional, polite and helpful. Room was fantastic with views across Keswick and the mountains. Short walk into Keswick town centre with its plethora of shops, cafes and bars. Breakfast was faultless. Buffet style with hot traditional English selections, pastries, fruit and cereal. Would definitely stay here if we were to go back again.
