Hot tub was “Out of Order”! The facility didn’t look as good in person as it did in the pics, we paid over $400 only to be left feeling underwhelmed.

Stunning hotel, with friendly helpful staff and a superb tasty breakfast. Can not fault it.

严重差评！堂堂五星级酒店，管理和服务意识差到令人难以置信，体验糟糕至极！ 我们晚上9点抵达，酒店内外随处可见婚庆布置与婚宴公示牌，一眼就能看出次日有婚礼活动。办理入住时，前台没有任何人主动提醒我们，也没有根据情况将我们安排到远离活动区域的房间。结合本地婚俗，清晨迎亲必定会敲锣打鼓产生巨大噪音，作为运营方酒店对此理应心知肚明。 果不其然，清晨6点楼下锣鼓声震天响，整栋楼都被噪音笼罩，所有人都被硬生生吵醒，正常休息彻底被打乱。事后我们向酒店反映问题，工作人员竟然辩称对此事毫不知情，这套説辞荒谬至极。现场标识、装饰一目了然，再加上当地流传已久的婚俗，酒店绝不可能一无所知。 早餐説到9点 8点四十几去都没东西了，态度也很差 身为五星级酒店，本该具备完善的服务流程、风险预判能力和责任担当。可这家店既不提前告知住客、不合理分配客房，出现扰民问题后还刻意推诿、睁眼説瞎话，连保障客人基本休息权益这种基础工作都做不到，专业素养完全不匹配五星定位，实在让人失望又心寒。真心建议各位出行旅客慎重选择，避坑！

Title: Unannounced closure, terrible relocation, and a complete lack of communication! My husband and I booked Sonaga Boutique Hotel through *******, but our arrival was a complete nightmare. When we reached the property, there was a "Closed" sign outside. The reception counter was totally abandoned, with a sign receptionist and a number. Fortunately, our Grab driver hadn't left us yet and was kind enough to call the number for us. The person on the line instructed us to go to Viona Hotel instead. The experience only got worse from there: No Internal Arrangement / Attempted Double Charging: When we arrived at Viona Hotel, the front desk demanded we pay 450,000 VND per night. We refused, as we had already fully prepaid through *******. Sonaga Hotel should have handled this seamlessly internally instead of making us fight off extra charges. Substandard Room Conditions: While the room at Viona looked new and clean, the basic amenities were broken. The air conditioning did absolutely nothing to cool down the hot, humid room. The water pressure was also completely unstable, erratically switching between strong, weak. My main issue with Sonaga Hotel is their total lack of communication. We live in a modern world where email is readily available. If they could not accommodate us due to renovations or closure, they had an obligation to notify us via ******* or email. Had they done so, we would have used our liberty to choose a different hotel of our choice.

Food was great! Property was clean and lots to do! Staff are friendly and accommodating.
