Parking close to each room, rooms very quiet as there is double glazing. Great place to stay

Bien situé pour aller visiter la vieille ville. Par contre, vu que tous les planchers sont en céramique ( incluant le corridor), c'est un peu bruyant en fin de soirée et le matin lorsque les clients se promènent. De plus, il faut payer 5 Euros pour avoir accès aux équipements de la cuisine qui sont dans la chambre.

The beach and beach amenities were very pleasant and the staff was friendly and helpful. On site restaurant is good.

We enjoyed the Hotel and its amenities eg indoor pool, jacuzzi, wet and dry sauna plus the spa. I had a massage and one of the best at a hotel in the UK. The room was comfortable and bathroom a good size. However, the bedroom window with views of the sea was small, so disappointing but will upgrade next time as the views are so worth it! The location of the hotel is ideal for using the train and access to the lovely sandy beach. Walking to the centre of the town is about 10 mins and easy but coming back is all up hill so be prepared as there are no buses. If you love seafood St Ives has plenty. The hotel bar area and dining room deliver the amazing views too with food good! We will be back next year in June instead of May for warmer weather. And finally the staff were friendly and helpful.

We booked "ocean front" upon arrival we were put in a marina room, which we considered bay and ocean view

The ambience was very good and clean but breakfast can be better.
