Amazing hotel. Everything was to our expectations and beyond from the friendly welcome and check in from Yanis at the reception to the beautiful specious and clean room with magnificent view of the bay from the room and balcony. Breakfast was also excellent and the pulls are nice and clean. We truly enjoyed our stay and would certainly plan to return in the future. Just keep in mind that the hotel is located up the hill. Walking down hill to the near beach is easy 10 minutes but climbing up the road is tougher. We had a car so it was no issue for us.

We are welcome by a group of Parrots and Wallaby when we arrived^_^ Beautiful Resorts and comfortable cabin especially Peninsula Cabin with kitchen and BBQ facilities. We like it so much, already plan for next trip^_^

Really amazing place, great location, friendly staff. The buffet was amazing. Stay was comfortable and safe. Would recommend this place, and would definitely stay again if ever in Newcastle.

I am sharing this review so other guests are aware. We checked in at around 7pm after our taxi dropped us off at the location. The lockbox containing the key was difficult to locate and use , as it was located outside the condo. The facilities were generally nice, but the air-conditioning was not working properly. The remote control was missing, and the replacement remote provided did not work even after we asked for help. We had to climb onto a chair to manually turn on the air-conditioning. Since we could not adjust the temperature, I had difficulty sleeping because it was a warm night. After this stressful check-in experience, the homestay provider also requested an additional RM30 for a slightly late checkout, with payment requested by direct CIMB bank transfer outside the Trip.com platform. As a Singaporean, I travel to Johor Bahru often for both business and leisure and have usually had many pleasant experiences booking through Trip.com. I also appreciate Trip.com’s efforts to help smooth over the situation. However, based on this stay, I would not choose this particular residence/service provider again as there are several better options. We have filed a formal complaint with Trip.com and are awaiting resolution. 酒店很乾净，地理位置方便，停车场有点破破的，可能是唯一的槽点，其他真的挺好的。房间每天都会打扫，这个真的是不错的
