My experience at Karma Chalets was extremely disappointing and emotionally exhausting. I had checked in with my mother for a peaceful stay, but within a few hours her blood pressure suddenly shot up and her health deteriorated. Despite the property mentioning “doctor on call,” I was informed that no doctor was available during a medical emergency. Due to the seriousness of the situation, I had no option but to do an early check-out and rush back for medical attention. What made the experience worse was the complete lack of empathy and customer support afterward. Despite the genuine medical emergency and unused stay duration, no refund or consideration was provided. I have also sent multiple emails to the General Manager, Mr. Prakhar, seeking support and resolution, but unfortunately there has been no response till date. For a hospitality brand, ignoring guests after such a distressing incident reflects very poor customer care and professionalism. While a few staff members tried to help at that moment, the overall management response and post-stay handling have been extremely disappointing. I would strongly urge the management to improve emergency preparedness, guest support, and responsiveness towards genuine concerns

Very nice city hotel in a great area. Great room, nice pool, efficient service. Expensive restaurant and in room dining. Cashless policy and $100AUD deposit to be returned after 10 days is very questionable. Overall it was a pleasant overnight stay.

Love the location it’s near most of the wine yard and easy to find Morning waking up to kangaroos jumping at the balcony side it’s so close up that it felt so unreal

We had a brilliant stay at Lebay beach, having previously stayed here a couple of years ago we knew it was nice. The staff are what make the place, they are so friendly and helpful. Thank you for having us

房间挺乾净，还有免费饮品，半海景房可以看到海，窗帘有点不好拉，其他都还可以。
