Beautifully renovated room very clean. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was nice and restaurant very clean.

I found the close proximity to the village for walking and the beach. Excellent with all of the local businesses nearby no vehicle vehicles needed. I was disappointed that they did not have hairdryers in the room, and the room itself looked like it could've used a little more finesse in cleaning

Perfectly adequate. Friendly staff. I didn’t use the bar or restaurant. I was only using the hotel to sleep in but would recommend it. Although, obviously it is an older hotel (which is part of its charm) so they have to battle with old fittings etc

Hotel was clean, staff were friendly and polite, had dinner buffet and breakfast buffet, both delicious.

We were able to check in early which were so grateful after our long journey.Staff very nice and friendly.Breakfast very good.Only wish there had been veg sausages as we do not eat pork.

Our stay at Fairmont mount Kenya was truly exceptional, beautiful rooms, Special thank you to Agnes at the front desk for her warm welcome, At the Zebra Bar and restaurant, Caren stood out with her attentiveness to detail and outstanding service. She was incredibly professional and went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable experience. Her recommendation to try the outdoor experience was excellent, but we couldn't try one this time, the way she described it made us feel like we absolutely had to come back for more experiences at the hotel.

Room was very warm, window could only open. A tiny bit, no fans or Aircon, no fridge
