This newly opened fine dining restaurant in a hotel on the beachfront of Camps Bay is exquisite in every aspect - The 2 ladies welcoming guests are efficient and will exhaust all avenues to place guests at their preferred dining area - Manager Chad clearly leads from the front and left a lasting impression - A must visit when in Cape Town and worthy of being considered a 1st choice for Camps Bay - The menu is varied and so too the wine lists - The food was great and the view over the bay was spectacular - The property is a short distance away from the more "noisy area" where most of the other restaurants are that attracts mainly the younger generation - Much appreciation for the Restaurant Manager, Fernando who exposed us to outstanding service - Will certainly return.

衞生：打扫很慢 且有异味 设施：淋浴喷头是坏的，并且半夜有刺耳声 服务：前台服务较差，业务能力低，解决问题效率极低。影响酒店形象希望重视！ 客人在前一天预订酒店，第二天下午两点半还未成功办理入住，工作人员推脱责任在打扫房间，且刚打扫完的房间异味极重，后续打算换房处理，前台在内线耳机和客房人员説话伤人，让客户只能等待这一间房 不予处理。后续换房时，因为身体原因 客人已严正声明不要喷空气清新剂 然而客房依旧喷大面积空气清新剂遮掩，希望重视。

酒店回复：尊敬的宾客您好，很抱歉让您的入住有了不好的体验，首先您是1点50分左右来办理的入住，1点57分给您开好的房间，中间因为您的身份证讯息在别的酒店没有退掉，您联系酒店退公安系统耽误点时间，您预订的房型确实是刚打扫出来但并没有像您説的两点半还没有入住，因为刚打扫的房间客房会喷空气清新剂去除异味，前台接到的讯息是您嫌弃房间有味道要求换房，我们及时联系客房有净房及时给您更换，让您稍等一下，但并不知情是因为喷了空气清新剂，客房跟前台没有及时沟通，是我们的问题，这个给您道歉！您説前台在对讲机説话伤人这个不存在，我们一直秉着顾客是上帝，有问题及时给您解决问题，一直及时根据您要求换房，确实耽误了您10几分钟的时间，再次感到抱歉！您説的淋浴喷头是坏的，房间有任何问题您及时联系前台，我们会为及时为您解决问题或更换房间！最后您提出的建议我们会虚心接受，及时转告相关部门做出整改，祝您生活愉快！

Hotel was wonderful! Welcoming, interesting with so much to look at, quick elevators, and the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The pool and hot tub was a huge hit for us and it was pristine! The only thing I wished for was a store available where we could buy drinks and snacks, like chocolate, popcorn and chips for later night cravings. Otherwise, we had an amazing stay!
