The room was clean, beds comfortable, no traffic noise, staff was friendly. It was a good stay.

Hotel located right by the riverside. Was upgraded to one that faces the river. Was quite nice but can be slightly noisy at night. Room was spacious, bed was comfortable. Had a pool on P floor but was trying to locate the gym. Overall quite a decent hotel

酒店回复：Dear Mr. Soon,Thank you very much for sharing your recent experience with us. I am delighted to hear that you enjoyed the upgrade to a river-facing room and found the space and bed comfortable. The riverside view is one of our most cherished features, though I do understand that the lively atmosphere outside can occasionally bring some noise at night. We will continue to explore ways to minimize this for our guests’ comfort.I am pleased you had the chance to enjoy our pool on the P floor. Regarding the gym, I apologize for any difficulty in locating it. And our team will ensure clearer signage and directions are provided to make it easier for guests to find.Your feedback is invaluable as it helps us refine the guest experience. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The only thing was the bed was too soft but that is my preference. It was a really nice hotel.

We had a most enjoyable stay at the tathra holiday Park it exceeded our expectations perfect location staff were so helpful and we will certainly be rebooking in the near future . Our cabin was fantastic just loved it . Regards Bev Pecora

The setting is perfect if you want to connect with nature with five star service. The staff made sure my husband ?and I had a seamless experience. During the stay we went for drinks at Zuma rooftop bar, The Farm for dinner and paid extra for the Rainforest Spa experience (well worth it).?I felt so relaxed after just one night stay, my only regret is that I didn't stay for longer.?
