El servicio del hotel es muy bueno , pero la habitación no tenía nada que ver con las fotos, era muy incómoda sin luz natural, ventanas, sin ventilación y súper húmeda, buena para guardar vinos pero no para dormir. La propiedad es muy bonita, lástima de la incongruencia entre las fotos y la habitación que recibí

This hotel has a great location opposite the station and easy access to Venice . The room was beautiful and staff helpful. My only criticism was that breakfast was totally overcrowded and fairly sparse. It was ok but not great .

Although the hotel exuded luxury, every aspect was thoughtfully aligned with sustainability principles. Each material appeared carefully chosen, from the cake and cookies in the room to the natural servingware, embodying sustainability and attention to detail. The handwritten notes and sprigs of rosemary added a touch of elegance and refinement. What stood out most was the subtle and natural implementation of these elements, avoiding any display or overt emphasis on sustainability to the guests.

Breakfast menu was great and views were incredible. Room was clean only thing would be if the en suite was bigger but other than that thoroughly enjoyed the stay!

On arrival the staff were very friendly and helpful with our luggage being no lift. We ate in the hotel on our first night and the food was delicious. The decor too is very nice.

Stanza vista lago con sovraprezzo ma ne vale la pena perché dal terrazzino si gode un panorama davvero pregevole. Colazione a buffet di buona qualità. Parcheggio esterno non custodito. Sauna solo a pagamento. Unico ascensore inflazionato.

The hotel was lovely. Very clean. And the staff were friendly. The food was good, not fine dining, but there was plenty of choice for everyone. We had a standard room overlooking the sea, which was more than adequate for us. It didn't have a balcony, but a door instead, which could either be tilted or opened with a half security screen. Kettles are provided with choices of teas and coffee. No milk though. They're not big tea drinkers! It's a fairly quiet area, but if you like it more lively I'm sure there's more entertainment, in season, from June onwards. It's only a 15 minute walk to Orebic, which again is fairly quiet, and you can get boat trips from there, including the ferry to Korcula. I had a massage from the in-house hotel massager, Hrvoje, who was very good and professional. I would recommend him highly, if you have aches and pains.

Es war ein wundervoller Urlaub, der keine Wünsche offenlie?. Das Hotel stellt eine kleine Insel dar, die für sich alles an Bedürfnissen von Spa, Strand und Gastronomie abdeckt, egal ob sch?nes oder eher verregnetes Wetter. Der Spa-Bereich: Der Poolbereich bietet ebenfalls viel mit tollen Liegepl?tzen und einem 32 Grad sowie einem 30 Grad warmen Au?enpool, auch bei eher kühlem Wetter in der Vorsaison eine wundervolle Entspannung am Meer. Wir haben die Saunaaufgüsse vom Saunameister sehr genossen, ebenso das Dampfbad und die finnische Sauna. Strandbereich: Auch den Service am Strand für den Liegebereich mit Kaffee und Eis, direkt an die Liegen serviert, fanden wir hervorragend. Essen im Hotel: Das Hotel bietet die M?glichkeit eines Abendessens, dieses haben wir jedoch nicht gebucht. Aufgrund des Regens haben wir dann trotzdem à la carte im Hotelrestaurant ausgezeichneten Fisch und Pizza gegessen. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls hervorragend, mit Pfannkuchen, Waffeln, Eigerichten und einer Saftpresse zum Selbstpressen. Hotelzimmer: Die Betten sind sehr gemütlich. Da das Wetter frisch war, konnten wir eine warme Decke nachbestellen. In Italien ist es nicht so üblich, dass man eine dicke Decke zum Schlafen hat, wir haben jedoch eine Daunendecke bekommen, das hat uns sehr gefreut. Wir haben die Aussicht unseres Zimmers auf das seitliche Meer sehr genossen. Es gibt die M?glichkeit, den Hund im Zimmer zu lassen und dies mit einem Schild zu kennzeichnen. Das haben wir auch in anderen Falkensteiner Hotels so kennengelernt und es funktioniert gut. Fahrrad und Spaziergang: Au?erdem bietet das Hotel einen Fahrradverleih, das war wunderbar. Am Strand gibt es eine Promenade zum Spazierengehen. Schade ist allerdings, dass Hunde in Jesolo sehr streng geregelt werden und es uns nicht ganz m?glich war, entlang der Wasserkante mit dem Hund spazieren zu gehen. Der Hundestrand ist jedoch nicht weit entfernt. Unser Aufenthalt war wunderbar. Wir kommen bestimmt bald wieder. Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit.

Beautiful room, wonderful staff. Nice breakfast in the room, and very good restaurant in the property. Highly recommend.

Il palazzo esternamente è molto bello. Le finiture però sono datate e non adeguate per il livello di 4 stelle. La ns stanza la Nr 35 aveva parecchie cose da rivedere: La porta che struscia pesantemente sul pavimento. Infiltrazioni e muro scrostato. Condizionatore, TV, ventola tutti molto datati o rumorosi Doccia minuscola in una stanza enorme che allaga tutto il pavimento e senza mensola per appoggiare I flaconi. Uno dei 2 materassi era proprio sfondato. Nei corridoi I cartelli attaccati con lo scotch. L'ascensore sembra il montacarichi dell'ospedale a essere gentili La struttura è molto bella e meriterebbe molto di più. Le potenzialità sono enormi ma ci vuole la continuità di un progetto, un investimento e molta cura.
