SPA treatments was used by 2 of my guests, body massage was great, facial not much. There were 2 pools, water was cold in one, other one plus 2 Jacuzzis were under construction. Surprising for a spa and resort facility.

Checked in procedure is easy when we get to the unit one of the ac in the room is leaking we didnt noticed theres paddle
Of water on the floor i slipped as soon as i dropped my stiuff. Theres only one remote for 2 tvs and you can hear noise people giggling and laughing in the hallway in the middle of the night.

Despite being in low season the Bar persons, where just not paying attention resulting in the service was not conducted, or you had to ask several times. Not because they looked busy, more because they preferred to talk with each other.
Beside that the stay was fine

The property is clearly new and well-maintained. We found the room to be exceptionally clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. However, the sofa bed mattress was a significant issue; it was far too thin and unstable. It dipped severely in the middle, making it impossible for my sister and me to get a good night's rest. With a mattress upgrade, this would be a five-star stay.
