Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr freundliches Personal. Frühstück war sehr sch?n. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung. Besonders sch?n war der Wellnessbereich mit einer Dachterasse und den Saunen.

"Spa available", but its 25 e, secure parking available but its 10 euros , breakfast availavle yes you guessed it. These extra charges are significant and should be clearly defined on *******, then you get 5 stars, simple really.

Hotel and room was very clean. There were lots of good fine dining restaurants.

The staff were very helpful. I did not receive any code for the lock box, called after hours number and a staff member was there to let me in, in two minutes. Very family friendly and my doggie loves the place and the beach that he runs on. I stayed two days this time and really enjoyed myself. The nights were very quiet and I slept well. It's located near the railway station. It takes just 5minutes. It was very helpful for us to travel Northern Wales by train. Overall, I appreciate this hotel, but the drawback is that we can't leave our luggage when we arrive earlier check-in time.

I recently stayed at Agora Village Apartments over the Davido show weekend in Lusaka, and I honestly had an excellent experience from start to finish. The apartments were spotless, comfortable, quiet, and very well maintained. The room was clean, fresh, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. What stood out the most was the customer service. The reception staff were incredibly professional, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay. A special thank you to Mr. Jeff Simfukwe and the two gentlemen at reception who went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and valued. Their hospitality, attentiveness, and positive attitude truly made a difference and added a personal touch to the experience. Despite it being a busy weekend in Lusaka, the environment remained peaceful, organized, and secure, which made it even more enjoyable. It is clear that the management places strong emphasis on cleanliness, professionalism, and guest satisfaction. Honestly, our only regret was that we stayed for just one night. Everything else was perfect, and we would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Agora Village Apartments to anyone visiting Lusaka for business, leisure, or events. Highly recommended.

Jason管家服务迅速， 亲子配备齐全，酒店内很多适合小孩子的配套，完全可以疯玩一两天。 泳池有帖子的浴巾准备，早餐诚意满满。 体现了星级酒店的周到。
