Clean, modern, well appointed and laid out room. Very comfortable.

This all-inclusive was incredible. We were welcomed with the most delicious drinks I’ve had in Cuba, and the buffet was the same. I’ve had a lot of fresh fruit in Cuba - papaya, paw paw, mango, apple, and bananas mostly - but this was the freshest I’d had yet. The buffet was fantastic at every meal, and even given the lack of fuel and food being imported into the country, I was ALWAYS eating good, even if the country doesn’t get wheat/flour etc - the buffet still had French toast with all the fixings! Our room had a beautiful, roomy balcony overlooking the ocean and the beach. I LOVE that we had a bidet. We went to the beach every single day, and it was easily the most magnificent ocean beach I’ve swam in. They had lots of programming, the bingo was shockingly my fave - I won a bottle of rum easily (a few times!), and the foam party on our last day was a nice touch. The local performers and nightclub hosts were a viiiiibe, we were ALWAYS dancing if we went by the club - it was never awkward or boring. I dream of coming back here. Cuba has my heart ??

Nous avons adoré notre séjour et serions bien restés quelques nuit de plus. C’est vraiment très ressour?ant. Le site est incroyable et se mérite car la montée depuis la c?te est longue! L’h?tel est charmant et très bien entretenu. La chambre est magnifique dans un style montagnard chic, très grande et propre avec une vue incroyable. Le golf est magnifique, bien entretenu. Très technique, ce n’est pas un parcours facile. Je confirme qu’il faut prendre la voiturette sinon c’est vraiment du golf trekking ! Le pro shop est top et les prix corrects. Nous avons apprécié le lunch du midi et la carte bistrot. Le spa est excellent, propre et moderne. La salle de sport très complète avec du matériel de qualité. Nous avons moins aimé le d?ner du soir, peu savoureux et pas très raffiné. Trop de mélange de saveurs, desserts ratés. Le petit dej est correct, mais le fait d’avoir à se faire les ?ufs soi même est assez déroutant. Pas envie de cuisiner à 8h du matin. On est dans un 4 étoiles non? Le service est aussi parfois pas professionnel, notamment un serveur qui alpague les clients sur un ton vraiment trop trivial. Par ailleurs le service notamment au bar n’est pas attentif. C’est très long pour qu’on vienne nous prendre la commande. Cela n’entache pas le séjour cependant, ce sont juste les points que l’on aimerait voir améliorer la prochaine fois, car nous reviendrons c’est certain.

Jw Marriott Bao'an review 1. For a luxury hotel, the overall stay and little details are both very important parts of the full experience. The hotel is great overall and there are many good things about it. However, once you start noticing places where little details fall short in this kind of hotel, the overall experience starts to degrade. 2. Unfortunately, it falls short in the little details area. Particularly in one big aspect, which is the "waterfall spa" where the hotel's swimming pool and recreation facilities are housed. While this area is apparently not directly managed by the hotel, this was where the first obvious cracks were and the overall experience started to show major cracks. 3. First of all, the waterfall spa is clearly falling apart. The swimming pool has tons of rocks and broken parts and it generally isn't well-maintained in an obvious way. 4. The worst part was when I sat in the hot tub of the spa in the men's room, and part of it apparently was broken enough that a piece of glass or the stones broke and stuck into my swimsuit and stabbed my butt. It left a large mark and caused me to bleed. When I approached the waterfall spa staff, they weren't very concerned, instead just thanked me for finding it. If I had been stabbed by glass at another hotel I'm sure it would have been a big deal, but with how much damage there is in the waterfall spa, it would not be surprising if I was not the first case. 5. From this, other parts started sticking out about the experience in unfortunate ways. The shampoo, body wash, and conditioner are all fine, but unfortunately not good enough for a supposed luxury hotel. The dinner buffet was excellent and had many premium aspects and range of flavors, but lacked options outside of meat and seafood (e.g., vegetarian options). The TV in the room flashed a bright light and needed to be unplugged for it to not keep my party awake at night. The toilet seat was too big and the design uncomfortable, making it good neither for adults nor children. My toddler, who can sit in most adult toilet seats, would almost fall in every time she used it. 6. Except for the waterfall spa, most of the details I mentioned are incredibly minor. In fact, if I hadn't had such a poor experience in this one aspect, I doubt I would have even had a single complaint about the other aspects. But as mentioned above, for luxury hotels, it's expected that small details are worked out. If not, it breaks the illusion of grandeur and makes the hotel feel cheap, no matter how much is being paid for it. Luxury hotels need both a positive stay and for the small details to be perfect. While this J.W. Marriott can boast about the positive stay at this property, it's in the small details where it falls apart. My family will likely not return.

Il Relais è una bellissima struttura immersa nel verde del parco che la circonda. Silenziosa e arredata in stile, è in ottima posizione per raggiungere facilmente le dimore storiche vicine come i Castelli di Aglie e di Masino. Camera molto spaziosa e pulita. Personale di sala (colazione e ristorante) gentile e disponibile. Unica nota stonata il personale della reception che non conosce la differenza tra carta prepagata e carta di credito. Nonostante l'albergo avesse già prelevato, nelle notti precedenti, dalla ns carta prepagata gli importi a lui dovuti, la mattina del check out ha chiesto e preteso un secondo pagamento che abbiamo eseguito, salvo storno, in tempi diversi, di quanto da loro già incassato. Momento molto spiacevole che ha compromesso il benessere del soggiorno appena trascorso.

Charming, historic, comfortable, relaxing. The restaurant was great. Good service and a lovely meal.

Large free parking. Two restaurants across the street (we ate at the steakhouse and it was good). Clean, nice rooms. Very good breakfast. Hotel's lift is a litte odd (located outside main corridor in stairwell near stairs). Would stay again.

Fiz uma reserva para Corpus Christi, já paguei a reserva mas até o momento n?o obtive retorno. Difícil para atenderem o telefone e qdo atendem dizem que est?o com problema de Internet mas n?o retornam com a reserva.
