Excellent And Well Maintained Hotel Rooms, Good Food with Great Service , Restaurant Staff was very polite and helpful specially Poonam & Baby from the Restaurant Team .

Had our stay not coincided with a high school grad formal (the hotel should have notified us, and others, at the time of our booking), we would likely have had a decent sleep. The room was very nice, clean and well equipped. We didn’t take advantage of all amenities, but the heated indoor/outdoor pool was especially nice on a chilly Spring day. Staff were friendly, efficient and helpful, when needed, but not overly friendly at checkout where It was business only. No “How was your stay?” as we usually get asked when checking out of a hotel. Perhaps it was just a language barrier. The attached Burger Bistro was excellent - both the food and the service.

Our room was recently renovated and it was great! Underground parking was very useful. Centrally located in the main street and across from the pub. The breakfast in the Cafe was delicious.

Checked in. 1. TV didn’t work, not a big deal, they came and repaired it. 2 Bed had no top sheet! Slept with nothing, too hot to sleep with a blanket, see next… 3. Air conditioning did not work, it was 10 PM when we returned and realized it was now 78 in the room, stuck it out for the night, they moved us to another room across the hall. They did offer a coupon for a free night for a future stay, I declined, stating I wouldn’t be returning to that hotel! 4. Next day, when showering, discovered the shower had pressure comparable to a slow drip! 5. Later that day, the toilet seat lid fell off in my hand while raising it. 6. We had two rooms, the second for our son, he had been one issue, underwear were left behind from the previous guest. Went to the front desk, we asked for a late checkout, was given poor attitude and then told $109.00 per room! The property was nice, otherwise. Ate breakfast in the hotel. The property was nice but not enough to ever validate such a negative experience!

We had a brilliant stay at Lebay beach, having previously stayed here a couple of years ago we knew it was nice. The staff are what make the place, they are so friendly and helpful. Thank you for having us

The room was very clean and well- appointed. The bath was welcome and the heated towel rail useful. The bed was comfortable.The bar food was very good and the breakfast excellent. I would definitely stay again.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely come back again. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was excellent with a great variety of fresh and delicious options every morning. It was the perfect way to start the day. One of the best amenities was the free laundry service, which was extremely convenient and made our stay much more comfortable, especially for a longer trip. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained overall. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great service and excellent value.
