We booked the tree house and it was a wonderful experience. The treehouse facilities are modern with air conditioner and hot water, very comfortable. The entire resort is tastefully designed, surround by an amazing mountain and forest view. The hot spring and swimming pool has a fantastic mountain view as a backdrop and very Instagrammable. The service is tiptop with a team of concierge on call via WeChat to handle your every request and question. The food was very delicious and fresh. We signed up for the free sound therapy course and it was a very soothing and relaxing experience. The trainers were very helpful and friendly. The course was conducted in Mandarin though, I am not sure if they can conduct it in English. I am well travelled and have been to many fine resorts around the world, but this counts as one of the most enjoyable and pampering experience I have had.

Hospedagem perfeita! Hotel lindo, atendimento maravilhoso de todos (recep??o, restaurante…). Perfeito para passar um final de semana no meio da natureza com conforto.

住的很舒服，早点很丰富，整体隔音差一点，但是性价比还行

We have just spent a most enjoyable 3 days here. The room was well appointed and enjoyed the wonderful view of the lake towards Monsaraz. Breakfast included a superb array of fresh fruits and pastries. The dinner menu was well balanced and the Pork Secretos was the best I have eaten in Portugal. We are keen bird watchers and photographers and counted over 30 species of birds viewed from outside our room and walking the attached fields. All the staff attended us efficiently and politely, and on the basis of all my comments have already decided to return next May

Our stay at the The Ritz-Carlton, Masai Mara Safari Camp was truly unforgettable and exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, the entire team made us feel incredibly welcomed and cared for, creating a once-in-a-lifetime safari experience for our family. A very special thank you to Justin, the General Manager, whose warmth, hospitality, and attention to detail set the tone for our entire stay. He went above and beyond to ensure every part of our visit was seamless, personalized, and memorable. We also cannot say enough wonderful things about Eki, our safari guide and driver. His knowledge, patience, and incredible ability to spot wildlife made every game drive exciting and unforgettable. Thanks to Eki, we were able to see an amazing variety of animals and experience truly magical moments in the Mara. One of our favorite memories was enjoying breakfast in the bush each morning — such a thoughtful and unforgettable experience that made our safari feel extra special. A huge thank you as well to Dansun and the entire restaurant and food service team. Every meal was exceptional, and Dansun’s kindness, attentiveness, and eye for detail made every dining experience feel personal and elevated. We also loved spending time with the bartenders, Marcy and Eluid, who made our evenings so much fun. The cocktail class they hosted was one of the highlights of our stay — interactive, creative, and filled with laughter. Finally, we are so grateful to Judy our outstanding butler, who took incredible care of us throughout our entire stay. From anticipating our needs before we even asked to ensuring every detail was perfect, Judy truly made us feel at home. The level of service, hospitality, and genuine care from the entire team at the Ritz-Carlton Masai Mara made this one of the best travel experiences we have ever had. We are already dreaming about returning one
