The hotel is fabulous and it is on Beautiful grounds. The hotel staff made us feel so special given that we were getting married during our stay. It made our wedding week feel so memorable. I really appreciate how the staff made a big deal of our wedding even though we didn't book the hotel for our wedding ceremony, it was really exceptional service. The general manager Joey went above and beyond to make us feel special. He left us a personalised welcome card and chocolates on arrival. He introduced himself to us during our stay and he organised some cake in our room on our wedding day. Billie on reception was very welcoming and helpful and she had great recommendations. The Hugo restaurant staff who served our dinner were amazing, they really made us feel special as we were having our wedding dinner that evening. We also had a fabulous afternoon tea during our stay, it was perfect! Thank you so much. We can't wait to visit again.

Title: Unannounced closure, terrible relocation, and a complete lack of communication! My husband and I booked Sonaga Boutique Hotel through *******, but our arrival was a complete nightmare. When we reached the property, there was a "Closed" sign outside. The reception counter was totally abandoned, with a sign receptionist and a number. Fortunately, our Grab driver hadn't left us yet and was kind enough to call the number for us. The person on the line instructed us to go to Viona Hotel instead. The experience only got worse from there: No Internal Arrangement / Attempted Double Charging: When we arrived at Viona Hotel, the front desk demanded we pay 450,000 VND per night. We refused, as we had already fully prepaid through *******. Sonaga Hotel should have handled this seamlessly internally instead of making us fight off extra charges. Substandard Room Conditions: While the room at Viona looked new and clean, the basic amenities were broken. The air conditioning did absolutely nothing to cool down the hot, humid room. The water pressure was also completely unstable, erratically switching between strong, weak. My main issue with Sonaga Hotel is their total lack of communication. We live in a modern world where email is readily available. If they could not accommodate us due to renovations or closure, they had an obligation to notify us via ******* or email. Had they done so, we would have used our liberty to choose a different hotel of our choice.

There was no breakfast menu we just got a bag with and apple, yogurt, muffin and drink box. The staff were pleasant. The room was nice and clean. Parking was ample. The whole complex wis in repair, no noticable sign, no pool no amenities at all. If we knew what it was like we would not have booked here.

非常满意，虽然五一价格翻了好几倍，但是觉得很满意，就不在乎这个价格了，大小都很好，一家4口住绰绰有余。唯一就是隔音不太好。店家还帮我们去买票。省了电瓶车的钱。位置也可以走路几分钟能到吃饭的地方，楼下隔壁就有餐厅。

Prime location. Easy access to shopping mall The bed is not so comfy as it was just a very new hotel.

虽然民宿在山上但也方便，去古城外可以叫滴滴上山接送，有路直通古城内闹中取静，山顶风景好可以俯瞰整个古城，天气好可以看雪山，服务人员热情提供免费咖啡红茶鲜花饼！
