Very nice hotel. Clean and well maintained. Came to town for a Reds game and we don't like to stay downtown and this location is great.

重新装修后挺不错的，套餐性价比突出，含三餐加长寿湖套票，非常的值得。昨天天气预报要下雨，本来都打算不去了，想来想去还是来了，天气给力，酒店满意。

装修很漂亮，环境很好，衞生很乾净，设施都很新，服务员态度都很好，外卖也能直接送上来。离地铁站很近，出行很方便。

Front desk wasn't very helpful. Upon the arrival we made several calls to request various small things, and none of them was fulfilled, despite promise of "in 5 Minutes". Learned to help ourselves by ourselves. Looks like there is a shortage of cleaning maids. You can never tell at what time your room will be cleaned, or cleaned at all (at the beginning we had two days without service). On the positive side - the Junior Suite upgrade (Building 5), was totally worth the money. Large bedroom with a sitting/guest room, good and quiet ACs in each room, double large TV set, balcony with a stunning view - all for extra $30 per night. The food has significantly improved over the last visit (it was 2 years ago). The buffet food was good, and the two a-la-carte restaurants actually positively surprised with the quality and taste. Great scuba diving club with the friendly host Lily and the outstanding resident divemaster Vincenso. This is an excellent place for the beginner scuba divers, and great even for the pros. Saw a variety of rare sea animals including eagle rays and manatees (lamantin). Snorkelling is also outstanding with a lot of fish and other creatures. Positively, the place has improved a lot over the past two years

Room was clean, staff was so nice and helpful, it was an hour drive from the international airport and Pigeon Island, pool with swim up bar was great but it does close at 6pm

Уборка номера, от случая к случаю, то хорошо, то так себе
