Very fast check in, and amazing staff throughout the entire property. The hotel is so close to the Walmart which was perfect for last min items! 10/10. Everytime I passed the front desk I was always greeted with a smile and a good morning, noon, or night. I wish my stay was longer. Breakfast is severed daily with a nice variety. Breakfast includes vegetarian options. There is a shuttle which takes you to and from the beach daily which is wonderful if you dont have access to a vehicle. The rooms are clean and the property is very well maintained. The staff here is just incredible. I will definitely book again!

房间最大的问题就是没有电梯，但工作人员会帮忙搬行李，车也可以直接停在楼下非常方便，园区环境很不错，在园区里就可以看到雪山，总体非常满意

Très bien chambre spacieuse et confortable

Hier lebt die erzgebirgische Herzlichkeit! Wenn man die leckere Küche kennenlernen m?chte... Terminreservierung unbedingt erforderlich , genauso wichtig wie einen gesunden Appetit.

Hotel and room neat and clean, staff nice, easy parking. Breakfast was great one day, not so much the next ran out of scrambled eggs, pancake machine malfunctioning.

The room was spotless and had a fully stocked kitchen. The layout was a bit odd with the bed in the front and the kitchen in the back but otherwise it was great. Would be good for anyone that wants a bit more space than a traditional hotel room.

Bar was great. Restaurant food very good. Room had a light out, leaky shower and sticky floors.

My first time staying here.. really nice place!

Ci siamo trovati bene, periodo dal 30 aprile al 3 maggio 2026. Camera accogliente, bella e con tutti i confortevoli. Lo consiglierei per un breve periodo di pace e relax
