I reserved a room for my girlfriend who was driving down from New York. Apparently it was handicapped accessible and they asked if she would like a different room which she did. They then charged her for the room even though I had pre paid. So she was charged where I had already paid and is not receiving cooperation from the hotel on getting reimbursement

The pool and fitness area were inviting, although we were overnight on business and did not have the opportunity to enjoy them. Decent breakfast included.

The place was very relaxing. One of the two restaurants was closed for renovations, and I wish I would have known that before I went. Other than that, it was a great place to stay.

Melissa was wonderful. Very pleasant and she even brewed a fresh pot of coffee for me at 11:30pm.
We had a great conversation about dogs and she was just great.

Cygnett Inn Imperial,Tezpur is well located near major attractions of Tezpur with spotless & nicely maintained rooms. Welcoming staff with great service specially Laxmi Limbu from guest relations, she took care of our 7 yrs old son, so that he feels at home. Thank You Cygnett for making our stay memorable. It is very much appreciated and we highly recommend You to others.

Very small portions for the price of each meal. Three tiny new potatoes, sliver of sea bass and five strands of purple sprouting broccoli. Come on Hannafore Point, people are not eating out much because of the costs, so you need to up the game if you want people to come back. All four of us felt disappointed with the portion sizes and left feeling hungry. Won’t be eating here anymore. However, just to note that the staff are lovely and attentive.
