Apart from a confusing check in procedure. (No information on how to check in from *******) And when I approached the staff in the restaurant they blamed it on my having incorrect details on file - which was false as ******* never share guests information with 3rd party provider. Malt house should of reached out and sent information prior to our stay about check in.
Also disappointing that once we arrived to rooms, it explained about 24 hour noise from cotton factory next door. Would of been nice to know this beforehand and we could of made the decision to cancel or not. They provided cheap ear plugs that did nothing. For the price of 2A and 1C (not even a 3rd bed) only two kings, it was over priced
The air conditioner in both rooms operated with a flashing green light all night, so it was either be cold or forced to be kept awake by the green light & the nearby noise.
Rooms were clean and tidy, good amenities.
Suggest having menu in the room compendium also, instead of walking down in the dark and cold to look if it was vegetarian and/or child friendly.
