Where to start?! Absolutely dreadful. Room dirty, filthy light shades and carpet. Fan wouldn't stop in bathroom. Called reception. Lack luster response. Finally came to look/listen after considerable time. Told us pipes in roof faulty. Decided not to stay. Was promised full refund. Months on absolutely nothing from them.
