Noise from room above us was totally ridiculous from 9pm. Sounded like running and bumping continually. Called the front desk at 10pm. She sounded unconcerned and said she would tell someone (whatever that meant). Nothing changed. We finally went to bed after 11. Noise had settled down but I don't think anyone from the hotel had done anything. The floors between floors obviously do not have enough soundproofing. I paid about $300 for this room and it was totally not worth it. Would never stay there again.
