We are a family of 4 and choose royale de casa based on recommendation of one of our colleague from Vivanta. When we reached the hotel the welcoming was good and we loved the property. The surrounding was good however the landscape can be better. Staff were nice and kind. It was nice to get a call from GM - Mr Loknath , who was not there in Kaziranga. However he ensured about our comfort and safety. As we also work in the industry, this kind of small call and touch makes a big difference and shows great hospitality. Thank you team Royale de casa.
