Positive: Friendly, helpful staff, very convenient location in the centre of Carlisle, parking included in the price. The room on 3rd floor was quiet on the Monday and Tuesday we stayed. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Negative: Carpets in the hallways were filthy needed pulling up and replacing. Room depressing with no pictures or colour felt very dingy.
